Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to know which package I want before booking a call?

No –  the free consultation call is designed to help you figure that out. Brian will learn about your project and guide you to the best option for your needs.

Are these packages only for new home builds?

Not at all. Brian works with both new construction and renovation projects. The principles of mold resistance and low-toxin materials apply to both.

What if I’ve already hired a builder or architect?
That’s fine! Brian can step in at any stage to evaluate your project, materials, and plans – and help ensure the architect and builder are building with mold-awareness.
Can I customize a package or request additional support?

Yes. If you need something beyond what’s included, Brian can offer custom add-ons or tailored support depending on your project’s scope.

Are site visits required?

Not always. Many clients complete their projects with virtual support only. Site visits are included in the mid and top-tier packages and are valuable for in-person walkthroughs, but not mandatory.

What’s included in the Zoom or FaceTime sessions?

These sessions are flexible. You can use them to walk Brian through specific build practices remotely, review plans in real-time, ask questions, or bring him into contractor meetings.

How do I pay for a package?

After your initial consultation call, you’ll receive a summary of the recommended package along with a secure invoice. (Note: Payment plans or phased billing options may be available — ask during your call.)

What happens after I sign up for a package?

Once you’ve selected and paid for a package, you’ll receive a welcome email and onboarding form. Your Kickoff Vision Session with Brian will be scheduled next, and that will guide the timeline of future sessions and deliverables.

What if I have more questions after the package is complete?

You can always reach back out for additional support. Brian offers post-build consulting and add-on services as needed.
